Our wooden grooved board consists of three layers: the substrate, the front and the back. We use MDF as a substrate, laminated with melamine or natural wood plywood on the front surface. A series of grooves are made on the front surface, while a series of round holes are perforated on the rear surface. And then stick a layer of black acoustic fleece on the back of the substrate of wood grooved acoustic board.
